Introduction:
This technigue is fit for the food ,drink and medicine's package .Our packaging production is considered to be the evironmental meterial in the world .Besides,it is the only printing ink that is admitted by the American Food and Drug Association.
First ,from July ,2007 to October ,2008,we plan to carry out the reseach of solved water resin which uses water to be the full solvent .Second, from October,2008 to April ,2009,we intend to research the watermanship printing ink's prescription ,and we will supply som production to the client to have a try .Finally ,from April ,2009 to August, 2009,we intend to accomplish the inprovement of the printing ink's preseription, trying to reduce the cost and extend the market.
In some developed countries ,such as American and Japan ,they have the production and the application of the watermanship printing ink, but it is only 30%of the total amount .Only about 10%is used for the plastic film's printing ,and the speed is low with high cost .In china ,watermanship printing ink is only used for the package of corrugated cardboard box .and there is no such kind of material which can be used for the plastic film's printing. |

requirement:
We will try our best to solve the problem how to engraft the hydrophilic group on the proper resin group effectly ,keep stable and break bond when it is 50℃ to 70℃.
By the end of this year,we intend to finish the resin development which contains 5% of anhydrous alcohol and 95%dcionized water, requiring to reach the machine speed of 150 metres per minute by using this kind of printing ink, and having the better suitability of the printing . |
