Form Oct 8th 2008 to Oct 13th .Doctor Li Xianyao--the chip expert from poultry science department of America Texas A&M university and doctor Escobar-- the animal nutritionist from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University came to Anhui zootechnics and veterinary science Institute and communicated with local scientists on the topic of ¡°the poultry healthy breeding technology¡±.
In Oct 9th morning and 10th afternoon, these two experts separately made reports about ¡°research on the utility of gene chips in the field of poultry breeding¡± and ¡°research on the nutrition and disease factors affecting the growth of muscle¡±. The scientific researchers from Anhui zootechnics and veterinary science Institute, teachers and students from Anhui Agriculture University, experts form feed industry association and more than 120 technicians from feed industrial association attended these lectures.
After the lecture, Specialists visited the academic exchange center in Anhui agriculture and science institution, molecular lab in Institute of zootechnics and veterinary science and two tap enterprises: East poultry limited company and Hefei Huajie poultry breeding limited company. Doctor Li Xianyao and Doctor Escobar gave several valuable suggestions on the process of breeding chicken. These activities enlarge the eyesight of scientists and technicians¡¯.
